So I figured, since I mentioned him in the last post (and since I took a little photoshoot of him by the mirror) that I would introduce my bird! His name is Hari (which in Sanskrit apparently means green) and he is a Green Cheek Conure. He's the sweetest, most adorable, yet kind of bratty bird you will ever meet. He loves playing with people, and he loves having his head rubbed. He hates scissors, and the phone is his mortal enemy. Unlike other birds, who can be seen on YouTube dancing to regular people music, the ONLY thing my bird will dance to is the sound of running water. Seriously. I need to explain to him that it costs money to leave the tap running. Sometimes though he will also do a little dance when you flush the toilet.
I don't know, he's weird. But I love his quirkiness. :)
